3. Assess Your Overall Health

In the previous post, we discussed getting some blood work done and reviewing the results of your tests.  This is to get a picture of what’s going on inside your body.  Lab tests are the ONLY way to do that; do not think that you can gauge how your body is performing by how you feel.  It doesn’t work that way.  Even if you are currently a fucking amazing athlete!

So now you are armed with actual data!  Data with which you can make a very educated and informed decision about your overall health.

  1. Did all your lab tests come back normal?  Or maybe on the low side?
  2. Do you have any family history of things like heart disease, prostate cancer, etc?
  3. Are you overweight or are you physically active?

Are you starting to get a picture? Good!!! This is one of the SECRETS that many other high performing men are using. They know their actual health status!
